Chris Cook

Chris Cook (b. 1992) is a fine artist from Brooklyn, known for exploring the complexities of modern society through his work. Skilled in both painting and photography, Cook has documented significant events, including the Black Lives Matter protests in 2020. His monograph, “Black Lives Matter” (2022), is held in the collections of The Whitney Museum, The British Library, and Yale University.

Cook has participated in artist residencies at the Saltonstall Foundation (2021) and received the AIM Fellowship at the Bronx Museum (2020). His work has been featured in The Washington Post and on ABC News.
